The client was looking for a FIFA approved System for a Football Pitch with a value engineered solution to save cost.
Solution
The Khimji Ramdas Sports & Fitness team proposed Taishan Turf, a Chinese brand that uses an unbound sub-base and is a cost-effective solution that meets FIFA standards.
Result
The client awarded us the project. They were satisfied with the proposal and liked the idea that a hard sub-base could be eliminated.
Conclusion
We introduced a new alternative sub-base that was unbound but stable.
